Our tents are manufactured in the Netherlands. Our tents are sold all over the world. We ship our products from the Netherlands and our haulier partners deliver to every continent.
We work with several shipping partners; the shipping rates depend on the location to which the order is to be shipped. Moreover, the size of the order can affect the shipping costs. The shipping costs are also influenced by the means of shipping: our products are shipped by road, by sea and by air.
A stretch tent is a bespoke product; you cannot return our products. Once an order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Of course, you can always collect your stretch tent. You can pick it up at our factory in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. We will get the order ready for you so you can load it into your vehicle. If necessary, our staff will be on hand to help with a forklift truck.
A stretch tent is a bespoke product; you cannot return our products. Once an order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or returned.
You cannot pay in arrears; once you have agreed to the quotation, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice. We shall manufacture the tent when 50% of the invoice has been paid. Once the tent is ready, you must pay the remaining 50%. We shall only ship the order or release it for collection once the order has been paid in full.
