As Team Lead Sales, you are responsible for managing and developing our sales team, consisting of six driven professionals, three of whom are abroad. You are an inspiring leader who works at both a strategic and operational level and who knows how to get the best out of your team. Your focus is on coaching your colleagues, optimizing sales processes, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Coaching and developing the sales team to reach their full potential.
Analyzing sales results and implementing improvement strategies.
Ensuring optimal collaboration between team members, both locally and internationally.
Drawing up and realizing commercial objectives and KPIs.
Actively contributing to the growth of Qtents by increasing our market share worldwide.

The salary for this position is depending on your experience and expertise.
