As a Sales Representative you will be the face of our company to offer our beautiful event tents to a wide range of customers in the UK. You will establish the foundations for longlasting relationships and act as the persuasive person who guides customers into the world of Qtents.
During the first period of your employment, you will receive thorough training from our sales team in the Netherlands. After this period, you will be fully motivated and able to independently carry out your job in the UK, with a focus on England. Several times a year, we welcome you to our office and production location in the Netherlands, where you will catch up with the complete sales team, continue to develop yourself and enjoy pleasant moments.
BUILD AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
As the trustworthy advisor to our customers in the UK, both B2B and B2C, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Through personal visits, you will listen attentively to customers' wishes and needs and effectively understand how our tents can contribute to the success of their business or events.
PROVIDE CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS
you recognise that every customer is unique and master the art of customisation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the custom made tents are perfectly suited to each customer's specific needs. You will prepare and follow up accurate quotations in our CRM system to ensure an excellent service.
LEAD SEARCH AND FOLLOW UP
You are proactive in identifying and following up leads, discovering new opportunities. You approach potential customers strategically and decisively, playing an important role in increasing the group of customers and strengthening our market position.
TEAMWORK
at Qtents, we highly value collaboration. Although you will have an independent role in the UK, you will also work closely with our sales team in the Netherlands to achieve optimal results. You will share knowledge, experience and successes to jointly achieve set goals.
