Sales- and Marketingmanager

Do you have a strong commercial drive, experience with international growth and know how to lead teams to peak performance? Qtents is looking for a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our company and take our international sales and marketing team to the next level.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this position, the emphasis is on achieving sales growth and taking advantage of commercial opportunities, both nationally and internationally. You will manage our growing international sales team, provide clear goals and guide them in achieving results. Together with our marketing professional, you ensure that sales is supported with targeted campaigns, strong brand positioning and lead generation.

You are a strategic thinker who also collaborates operationally, and you know how to turn commercial opportunities into concrete successes. You easily interact with other departments to work customer-oriented and optimize processes.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams;
  • Affinity with marketing as a supporting tool for commercial growth;
  • Strong leadership, hands-on mentality and a results-oriented approach;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; other languages are an advantage;
  • You have experience or affinity with the event industry.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Managing, coaching and developing the international sales team (8 FTE);
  • Create and execute a targeted sales strategy, supported by effective marketing actions;
  • Responsible for sales growth, customer acquisition and expanding market share;
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers;
  • Analyze sales data, customer needs and market trends;
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between sales, marketing and other departments;
  • Contributing to the visibility and positioning of Qtents at home and abroad.
